Most services are available seven days a week, including morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. Although I am happy to accommodate your schedule, I will suggest the best day and time for your appointment. As a professional shopper and personal stylist, it is my job to know which stores are quietest first thing in the morning, and which are best visited in the afternoon. These factors will be taken into consideration when scheduling your session and booking the store’s private styling suite.
Please note I do not offer services on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. Stores are either closed on these holidays or are too busy for an enjoyable and productive experience.
Secure payment via Intuit (credit card, debit card, or e-check) is preferred.
Shopping and styling services where the client is present:
The session must be paid in full in order to hold your reservation. Any additional hours may be paid in cash or by debit card, with the payment due prior to the beginning of extra shopping time.
Shopping and styling services where the client is absent:
Based on your individual requirements, I will estimate the number of hours necessary to complete your brief. The fee is calculated on an hourly rate of £75.00 and payment for the agreed-upon number of estimated hours is due upon booking of the service. You will be contacted to authorise any hours of additional work, with overtime payment due prior to delivery of goods.
Upon entering into any of our Concierge, Gift Service or Personal Shopping Packages where you, the client, are not present, full budgetary payment is taken and if the total expenditure falls below budget you will receive a refund for the remainder. Gift recipients will be provided with gift receipts and you will receive full receipts for your own records and to illustrate expenditure amounts.
Cost for delivery / gift wrapping is subject to the weight of the gift and location of the recipient, will be charged accordingly and prior to postage.
Hourly Rate for Services Running Overtime:
Same-day overtime you wish to add to any of the packages is payable via cash or debit card, with payment due at the beginning of the additional time.
Cancellation is required at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will be refunded in full, less any PayPal or credit card fees.
For cancellations less than 48 hours before scheduled appointment, a £40 cancellation fee (deducted from your payment) will apply. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled.
The Stylist’s Stamp reserves the right to cancel an appointment due to severe weather or other extenuating circumstances. Customers impacted by such a cancellation may opt to reschedule their appointment or receive a full refund.
I value your time, and expect you to value mine. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment (and do not call in advance to cancel) a £100 no-show fee will be deducted from your initial payment. The Stylist’s Stamp reserves the right to deny rescheduling requests for a no-show appointment.
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination, and can be used toward the purchase of any service offered by The Stylist’s Stamp. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
